- Students must wear gym uniforms with sneakers (we will be doing a lot of walking so please wear SNEAKERS)
- Look
at the weather and please dress appropriately. Please send children
with jackets. If they are hot, they can always tie them around their
waists, but I would prefer they have it just in case it's cold.
- Students need a brown paper bag lunch. Write your child's first name a last initial on the bag. (If you've already purchased hot lunch from Simply Gourmet, please cancel this order. We will not be at school to receive it. )
- If you want your child to purchase something from the gift
shop- your child needs to bring in a LABELED envelope with their money
on it. The chaperones will be holding these envelopes for when students
go to the gift shop so the label is very important. Please make my job
and the chaperone's job easier by taking the guess work out of it.
- Please do not send in any valuables. We will not be responsible for the safety of these items so please don't even send them in.
- We will not be returning until 3:30. This is after the normal dismissal time. Please arrive at the school at 3:30 to pick up your child. The students that normally go to aftercare, will still be sent to aftercare unless I hear from you otherwise!
- We will be leaving from the school at 9:30. Students will arrive at the school just like every other day (7:55). They will unpack just like every other day. I will still be checking homework, etc. I will collect all the brown bag lunches in a bucket and load it on the bus. Students will have music class from 8-8:40. When we get back from music class, we will be having snack from 8:45-9:00. This is earlier than usual but I do want to give them snack before we get on the bus. Please pack your child's morning snack SEPARATE from the brown bag lunch. The brown bag lunches will be safe on the bus while we're eating snack in the classroom so please don't pack them in the same bag.
